Ark Healing Terms and Conditions of Service

CANCELLATIONS: cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the date of the chosen option. A refund is available less a 5% cancellation fee. Where applicable, the ‘in-person surcharge’ refund is available less a £30 cancellation fee.

SCHEDULING CHANGES: you may change the time of the appointment up to 24 hours before the chosen option at non charge.

NO SHOW OR LATE: Nathalie will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled agreed time. If you are later than 15 minutes to your session time, it will be regarded as a ‘No Show’ and you will be charged for the scheduled appointment time.

PAYMENT: payment in full for the session is due at the latest 24 hours before the chosen option starts.

CLIENT AGREEMENT: I understand that any services received by Ark Healing are not a substitute for medical care. I further understand that during the session, Nathalie doesn’t diagnose medical conditions nor prescribes medical treatment/pharmaceuticals. The counselling provided is not talking treatment but is more focussed on spiritual guiding. I understand that I will need to fill in an intake form prior to a first session taking place. I hereby also confirm that I am physically, mentally and emotionally fit to consent to Ark Healing sessions. I understand that if I experience any unease during the session, I need to inform Nathalie immediately so that the healing session can be adjusted to my level of comfort or discontinued. I understand that work at Ark Healing is not sexually oriented and that any suggestive, illicit remarks or behaviour on my part will result in immediate termination of the session and I will be liable for the cost of the scheduled appointment. I agree to keep Nathalie updated as to any changes in my physical/mental/emotional ability to consent to Ark Healing sessions and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part should I fail to do so. I agree to have my mobile phone and electronic devices switched off for the duration of the sessions at Ark Healing.

I hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Ark Healing, Nathalie Declunder, its helpers, speakers, instructors and employees, successors from any and all injuries, damages or claims, past, present and future arising from my participation in Ark Healing Services. Any disputes are to be settled in the Courts of England and Wales, UK
